Refund policy

 

  • Our products are covered by a 12-month Limited Warranty. To make a warranty claim, an authorization from Hema Diesel Technology is required, which can be obtained by contacting us either by phone at 956-324-1295 or via email at info@hemadieseltechnology.com

  • The 12-month Limited Warranty covers all manufacturer defects. Any modifications made to the Hema Diesel Technology product will void the warranty.

  • The 12-month Limited Warranty Exclusions:-

  • Failures due to improper installation or maintenance.

  • Failures caused by insufficient or contaminated lubricant.

  • Operation at excessively high temperatures.

  • Use of liquid gasket or sealing compounds.

  • Damage resulting from foreign objects.

  • Abuse, accidents, coating, fire damage, crash damage, shipping damage, improper component fitment, etc.

  • This warranty is valid only if installation instructions and manufacturer warranty requirements are strictly followed.

  • Installation should be performed by a Certified Professional.

  • The warranty is void if the product fails due to improper installation. If the product is found to be defective in material or workmanship within the warranty period, it must be returned with the original sales invoice. Your original dated invoice is required for warranty eligibility. The product will be repaired or replaced after revision, and approval of our maintenance department.

  • The consumer's sole remedies for breach of warranty and our only obligation in connection with breach of warranty are those stated herein.

  • We disclaim liability for incidental and consequential damages arising from the product. There are no other warranties stated or implied beyond those described above or warranting fitness for a particular purpose other than specified for a given item.

  • Claims do not include labor, transportation or inconvenience charges. 

  • All Sales are Final
